Message: Great experience, staff/team diagnosed vehicle and provided a service plan showing immediate concerns and things that would be necessary for the service-interval maintenance, no pressure. Ron, our tech explained in detail what the root-cause of the suspension problem was : out of round premium aluminum 20" rims, due to Chicago potholes, causing instability at high speed and extreme tire wear. I felt comfotable with the plan and level of expertise in the team. I would definitely recommend Heritage Cadillac for Cadillac vehicle service.
